Sign up for a Free Intro Class.
Since most people are not used to the functional movements or the rate at which we move in a CrossFit workout, we require everyone to attend an evaluation class that will introduce you to the world of CrossFit and even give you a small experience of what an actual workout will be like.
Third: Private Coaching
Once you have done the fitness evaluation, you'll begin private coaching sessions to teach you the fundamental movement patterns you need for CrossFit (and life) which generally takes 2 weeks (minimum of 6 classes) depending on the consistency and intensity of your training, your diet, sleep patterns, and athletic ability.
Fourth: Group Sessions
Here you play games, compete for rounds, time, points and glory. Our group sessions will occur as sport. They are intended to further your education into human performance, nutrition and health.
